Summer Project - Zurich
A project by Kee
Starting in May 29th, I will be heading to Zurich, Switzerland with a team of brothers and sisters in association with KCCC (Korea Campus Crusade for Christ).
You might be thinking, why Switzerland? Switzerland is the center of technology and science in Europe. It's a nation with people striving for knowledge, striving for betterment, without truly having an understanding of what is available to them. It's a nation with roots in Christ: their flag holds a cross on it to represent a country of protectors of the faith.
The need for missions in Switzerland is great. John Piper said, "Missions exists because worship doesn't," and I think Switzerland is a country that is severely lacking worship. Though 85% of Swiss people claim to be Catholic or Protestant, very few attend church, and even fewer have a true relationship with God. One fact that truly shocked me is that Swiss citizens pay a tax to be called Christian when most don't even have faith.
I really don't believe that I can change the whole city of Zurich, let alone the whole nation of Switzerland, but if I can bring even one person to know Jesus Christ, I will be greatly blessed.
I need faithful brothers and sisters to invest in this missions trip and join me in Zurich through prayer and financial support. I have to raise $5000 so that I can live out God's calling in Switzerland.
Thank you so much! And I pray that you will help me spread the word and pray for me as well!
